dePaul Artists Shine at Leepa-Rattner Museum

We are so proud of the art program here at dePaul School! Like other academic areas, visual art requires discipline, focus and problem-solving skills. Unlike other areas, it is primarily non-verbal, leading many dyslexics to enjoy and excel at it. As such, we make art an integral part of our program. Over the years, dePaul artwork has been in museums throughout Pinellas County and our students have won many awards in local art contests. We have our inspired art teacher of 26 years, Pam Miles, to thank for this! We are once again honored to have our artwork on exhibit at the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art (www.spcollege.edu/central/museum). The exhibit runs March 8 through April 12, 2015. I hope many of you will visit the museum and enjoy all of the artwork on display!
