How the DePaul School Teaches Music

For all traditional program students at the dePaul School, music class, with a focus on the violin, happens once a week. In the delta program, students have the option to add the violin to their schedule after the school day.

Congressman Charlie Crist Visits dePaul School

Couldn't be more proud of the Delta Students who exercised their rights as concerned citizens and wrote to their Congressman to voice their opinion regarding the Big Cat Safety Act. What a valuable lesson learned by these students about democracy and how our government works. Thank You Charlie Crist for taking the time to respond in person.

dePaul Artists Shine at Leepa-Rattner Museum

We are so proud of the art program here at dePaul School! Like other academic areas, visual art requires discipline, focus and problem-solving skills. Unlike other areas, it is primarily non-verbal, leading many dyslexics to enjoy and excel at it. As such, we make art an integral part of our program. Over the years, dePaul artwork has been in museums throughout Pinellas County and our students have won many awards in local art contests. We have our inspired art teacher of 26 years, Pam Miles, to thank for this!
