Limited Openings Available for 2018-19 School Year

There are a limited number of openings available for the 2018-2019 school year. Parents interested in learning more about the dePaul School program should plan on attending an informational open house (next one scheduled for March 19). Following the Open House, appointments can be made to meet with Head of School and discuss individual student profiles and eligibility. 

Fund for Excellence a Success!

Thank you to all the parents, families, friends, staff, alumni and community supporters for their generosity in donating to the Fund for Excellece Annual Campaign. We met our goal and will use funds to update our technology and improve our program! We could not have done it without all of your support!

3D Educational Technology Experience

A big THANK YOU to Victor (who is dyslexic himself) at Vizitech for bringing his mobile classrom featuring 3D, augmented reality and virtual reality learning programs and technology to dePaul for a hands-on experience! Students and staff alike were amazed - it takes learning to a whole new level!!

Reading, Literacy & Learning; 2017 IDA Conference, Nov. 8-11

IDA’s Annual International Conference is the premier professional development conference dedicated to dyslexia. This year, the conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The conference brings in experts from all over the world to educate attendees on the latest research, remediation, and more.
The Reading, Literacy and Learning Conference is held for both professionals and families and is attended by some 2,000 teachers, educators, and administrators, reading specialists, researchers, university faculty, psychologists, physicians, tutors, and parents.

IDA CEO Rick Smith Visits dePaul School

The dePaul School was honored to have Rick Smith, CEO of the International Dyslexia Association visit our school on September 21. Mr. Smith spent the morning observing classes and meeting with administrators and teachers. His visit concluded with an all-staff lunch. Mr. Smith had high praise for our program, our staff and our students and was impressed with our true structured literacy curriculum! Thank you Rick, for taking time to visit dePaul School!
